Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes an additional 2–8 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. The checkout estimate is not a guarantee, and weather, carrier interruptions, holidays, or remote destinations may cause delays.
Tracking and addresses
When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Please verify the recipient name, unit number, postal code, phone number, and email before paying. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed.
Delayed or missing orders
Email support@baby-safe.ca with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights for late delivery remain fully available.

30-day return window
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return. The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email support@baby-safe.ca with the order number and reason for the return before sending the product. We will provide return instructions. Unapproved or postage-due parcels may be refused.
Return costs and refunds
The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless BabySafe sent the wrong product or the product arrived damaged or defective. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection, normally within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.
Damage, defects, or order errors
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, return, repair, or refund remedy.

Information we receive
When you place an order, Square collects payment and checkout information and provides BabySafe with the information needed to fulfil it, such as your name, email, phone number, shipping address, selected items, and order details. BabySafe does not receive your complete card number. If you submit a review by email, we also receive its display name, rating, text, consent, and order email.
How information is used
We use personal information to process and ship orders, provide receipts and support, handle returns and warranty requests, prevent fraud, comply with tax and legal obligations, and improve our service. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and location
We use service providers including Square for checkout and payments and Cloudflare for website hosting and security. Information may be processed outside Québec or Canada where these providers operate, subject to contractual and legal safeguards.
Cookies, retention, and security
This storefront does not currently use advertising or behavioural-profiling cookies. Essential technical data may be processed for security and reliable delivery. We keep information only as long as reasonably required for orders, customer service, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations, then securely delete or anonymize it.
Your privacy rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or submit a privacy complaint. Contact the BabySafe Privacy Officer at support@baby-safe.ca. We will verify identity and respond as required by applicable law.

Prices and checkout
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping methods, shipping charges, and the final total are displayed in Square checkout before you submit payment. Payment is processed securely by Square under its own terms and privacy policy.
Orders
Submitting payment creates an order request. An order is accepted when confirmation is issued and the product is available. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and provide the remedy required by law. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Product information and safe use
We work to keep descriptions, measurements, colours, and images accurate. Screen colours can vary. BabySafe must be used only on a flat, stable surface. Always keep the child within arm’s reach and never leave a child unattended on the changing pad. Follow all care and safety instructions.
Website and intellectual property
BabySafe names, logos, photographs, text, and other site content are owned by or licensed to BabySafe and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission. You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping and information.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. Mandatory consumer-protection, privacy, and legal-warranty rights take priority over any inconsistent part of these terms.

Legal warranty
The product is covered by the legal warranties required by Québec and Canadian law, including that it must be usable for its normal purpose for a reasonable period, considering its price and conditions of use.
BabySafe limited lifetime warranty
For the original purchaser, BabySafe also warrants against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. This additional warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic changes, accidents, misuse, improper storage or cleaning, modifications, or damage caused by failure to follow the instructions.
Making a claim
Email support@baby-safe.ca with your order number, a description of the concern, and clear photos. We may request additional information or inspection. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be repair, replacement, or refund. This additional warranty does not reduce any legal warranty.

Intertek Testing Services Ltd., Shanghai tested a submitted BS001 sample between March 4 and April 8, 2026. Report SHAH01932036 records passing results for the listed Canadian requirements covering phthalates, lead and mercury, as well as 16 CFR 1243 infant-support-cushion requirements, CPSIA tracking labels and related U.S. lead and phthalate requirements. The 16 CFR 1243 marking, labelling and instructional-literature clauses were outside the requested test scope. Results apply to the sample and components tested.
Made for everyday care
The product label lists PU leather and polyester. Construction also includes cushioned foam, coated fabrics, plastic fasteners and zipper teeth, and metal zipper hardware.
Independently tested
The submitted BS001 sample passed the Canadian phthalate, lead and mercury requirements and the applicable performance tests recorded in the report.
